Kemna always takes good care of my 2024 Encore GX . I was having problems with my lights automatically dimming and Algona Kemna spent the time to check all the systems and also checked to be sure there were no recalls on the light switches.

The work done by the service department was great! My only complaint was that it took twice as long (4 hours) as the service department consultant indicated when I checked my vehicle in and I was never updated about it.

They truly put themselves in the customer’s shoes and ask, “How would I want to be treated if I experienced a major breakdown through no fault of my own?” From service advisor Marc Plumb, to dealership owner Carey Kemna, to GM representative Kaylene Jackson, everyone worked with us every step of the way. In the end, not only were we made whole, but we also regained confidence in the vehicle and the GM/Chevy brand. We would absolutely recommend the Kemna dealership.

Marc and Destiny we both very professional at the check in process. Once the dealership service person was finished with the maintenance of the vehicle, Marc took the vehicle out and made sure all my concerns were checked and alleviated. After returning the vehicle to the dealership, Marc ran it through the car wash which I sincerely appreciate. All the problems seem to be resolved.

Asked to do a complete job with oil change and rotating tires. When asked to sign the electronic device asked about rotating the tires. The person said, "yes, we can." When teller another worker the other worker made a face and rolled his eyes.

Got my car in and out in a timely manner, addressed and investigated my concerns, provided prompt answers, video inspection, and told me the exact measurements of my tire tread and brake pads.

Everything went well. Once in the bay, they got on it and checked the filters, tires, etc. as well as changing the oil. Kept me informed on what was found and gave me the option as how to proceed. Friendly techs!
